Keep pool entry gates closed at all times. Do not prop gate open waiting for someone
Entering the pool area by any means other than the entry gate is considered unlawful entry and is subject to prosecution
Food items, drinks and coolers are to be left under the covered pavilion area
NO ALCOHOL is allowed inside the pool complex fenced area
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed inside the pool complex fenced area
NO BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS or ROLLERBLADES are allowed in the pool complex fenced area
Strollers and children’s wagons may be parked on the deck areas, but pulled out of traffic areas
Lifesaving equipment is for emergency use only
Emergency Telephone connects automatically to 9-1-1 when handset is lifted. Do not allow youngsters to play near the phone. This is located on the bathroom wall
Pool equipment must not be tampered with. Report any problems to the pool chairman or property management company
Pool may be closed due to weather conditions or operation breakdowns at the discretion of the pool chairman, property management or pool cleaning company
No swimming is allowed if lightning is present
