NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND AVOID SWIMMING ALONE

  • Keep pool entry gates closed at all times. Do not prop gate open waiting for someone
  • Entering the pool area by any means other than the entry gate is considered unlawful entry and is subject to prosecution
  • Food items, drinks and coolers are to be left under the covered pavilion area
  • NO ALCOHOL is allowed inside the pool complex fenced area
  • NO GLASS of any kind is allowed inside the pool complex fenced area
  • NO BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS or ROLLERBLADES are allowed in the pool complex fenced area
  • Strollers and children’s wagons may be parked on the deck areas, but pulled out of traffic areas
  • Lifesaving equipment is for emergency use only
  • Emergency Telephone connects automatically to 9-1-1 when handset is lifted. Do not allow youngsters to play near the phone. This is located on the bathroom wall
  • Pool equipment must not be tampered with. Report any problems to the pool chairman or property management company
  • Pool may be closed due to weather conditions or operation breakdowns at the discretion of the pool chairman, property management or pool cleaning company
  • No swimming is allowed if lightning is present
