PRIVATE POOL

  • The Heritage park pool is a private complex reserved for the sole use of Heritage Park residents and their guests
  • Pool Entry Key Cards are reserved for the use of Heritage Park’s co-owners. Do not loan or give your key to non-residents
  • Residents are responsible for conduct of their guests and must be accompanied. Make sure your guests are aware of these rules and policies

NOISE CONTROL

  • Be courteous to nearby neighbors
  • Loud Music is not allowed. Please use headphones
  • Restrict yelling and shouting

POOL FURNISHINGS

  • Please use a towel to cover chairs to protect seats from sun tanning products
  • To move furniture, please pick up and carry
  • Please refrain from reserving chairs on busy days

  • These are required in order to maintain our license to operate a swimming pool

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

  • If you feel there is a problem, please discuss politely with the individual
  • If further attention is needed, contact the property management company or a Board Member
  • If someone approaches you with a concern about the behavior of you or your guest, please be gracious to avoid further embarrassment to all parties concerned
  • If you have a difference of opinion, please seek mediation or determination from the Board
