Only co-owners may use the Pavilion and must be present at all time during use.

PARKING

• Parking is permitted in the parking area on the roadway
• Do not block driveways of neighbors

CLEANING OF THE PAVILION

• Please clean up after yourself

GENERAL RULES FOR USE OF THE PAVILION

• Do not remove tables or chairs from the fenced area
• Wipe furniture and tables
• Replace furniture when moved
• NO GLASS CONTAINERS are allowed within the fenced area
• Clean up tables after use
• Reserving tables and chairs is not allowed. Towels do not need a place to sit.
