HOW CAN I SUBMIT AN ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATION REQUEST?

1. Fill out the Architectural Modification Request form
2. Submit the completed form to Huyser Property Management for facilitation
3. Your request will be evaluated to ensure compliance by the Architectural Control Committee and the Board
4. Once the review has been completed, you will be notified
